Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:
- 150g Heavy Cream
- 150g Whole Milk
- 35g Granulated Sugar
- 1g Pectin X58
- 60g Egg Yolks
- 12g PROVA Gourmet Imitation Vanilla Flavor
Directions:
- 1. Heat the cream and milk, add sugar and pectin at 50°C and bring to a boil.
- 2. Remove from heat, add the egg yolks, vanilla flavor and blend, then pour into small glass jars. Leave to cool.
