Vanilla Cream

Ingredients:

  • 150g Heavy Cream
  • 150g Whole Milk
  • 35g Granulated Sugar
  • 1g Pectin X58
  • 60g Egg Yolks
  • 12g PROVA Gourmet Imitation Vanilla Flavor

Directions:

  • 1. Heat the cream and milk, add sugar and pectin at 50°C and bring to a boil.
  • 2. Remove from heat, add the egg yolks, vanilla flavor and blend, then pour into small glass jars. Leave to cool.
