Scratch-Made Vanilla Paste

  • 200g Invert Sugar
  • 60g PROVA Gourmet Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 55g PROVA Gourmet Papua New Guinea Vanilla Bean (substitute any origin vanilla bean)
  • 3g Xanthan Gum


  • 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend on high speed for at least 5 minutes.
  • 2. Once a smooth paste is achieved, transfer to a sealed container. Keep in a dry space for up to 1 year.
  • 3. Replace 1 vanilla bean with 15 g of vanilla paste in recipes.
