Cold Brew Colada

Ingredients:

COCONUT FOAM

  • 156g Cream of Coconut
  • 122g Heavy Cream
  • 15g Sugar
  • 3g PROVA Gourmet Cold Brew & Coffee Extract

PINEAPPLE COLD BREW MOCKTAIL

  • 200g Pineapple Juice
  • 20g Cream of Coconut
  • 8g PROVA Gourmet Cold Brew & Coffee Extract

Directions:

COCONUT FOAM

  1. In a bowl combine cream of coconut, heavy cream, sugar, and cold brew. Whisk until cold brew has fully dissolved.
  2. Transfer to a siphon with desired tip. Charge with one cartridge of nitrogen and shake well. Keep chill until needed.

PINEAPPLE COLD BREW MOCKTAIL

  1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients and shake well.
  2. Strain mocktail into prepared glass filled with ice.
  3. Shake siphon well. Top mocktail with foam. Garnish as desired.
