Coffee Caramel Sauce

  • 500g Sugar
  • 300g Heavy Cream (room temperature)
  • 90g PROVA Gourmet Fusion Coffee Cocoa Butter
  • 5g Salt


  • 1. In a medium pot, make a dark amber caramel adding the sugar little by little making sure the sugar caramelizes evenly.
  • 2. Add the Fusion Coffee and, using a whisk, mix to incorporate the cocoa butter into the caramel.
  • 3. Add the whipping cream little by little and mix again until incorporated. Let simmer for 1 minute.
  • 4. Remove from heat and transfer to a container and set aside. Let rest at room temperature for 8 hours.
