Chocolate and Coffee Covered Coffee Beans

  • 400g Milk Chocolate 40%
  • 20g Prova Gourmet Coffee Fusion Cocoa Butter
  • 100g Roasted Coffee Beans
  • As Needed Cocoa Powder


  • 1. Melt milk chocolate and Coffee Fusion to 45°C.
  • 2. Temper the cocoa butter and chocolate mix to 30°C.
  • 3. Add the coffee beans to the coating machine and turn it on.
  • 4. Use a ladle to add 20-30 g of the coffee flavored chocolate at a time, allowing beans to become fully coated and the chocolate to crystallize before adding more tempered chocolate. If needed, use a rubber spatula to separate the beans from each other. Repeat this process until all tempered chocolate has been used.
  • 5. Let covered coffee beans completely crystallize.
  • 6. Add cocoa powder until all the dragées are completely covered.
